The goods must be kept in their original state and the label is intact.Final sales items (such as discounted items) are non-returnable.

To initiate a return,  you can contact us at sale@liwbet.com. The buyer shall bear the cost of the return caused by the buyer.The refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return
To start a return,If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
